Don't hire a wedding videographer who doesn't want to come to your wedding rehearsal. If your videographer isn't concerned about camera positions (bridesmaids & groomsmen can block camera angles if not positioned properly), and getting to know who the people are that are most important to you (especially imortant when videoing the reception), then he's not all that concerned about doing a good job on your wedding video. Even though it usually means an overnight stay and motel expense, good videographers always come to rehearsals.
